Achadas da Cruz is located on the Eastern Coast of the Portuguese island of Madeira. To get there, you have to take a slightly scary cable car ride down the steep cliffside to ground level. Once you're there, you can see remnants of this old village. It is one of the most chill and calming parts of our trip that I really enjoyed.
