Budva is considered to be the vacation hotspot in all of Montenegro. I often compare it to Dubrovnik in Croatia but Budva is less popular and a bit cheaper, a WIN-WIN! I loved walking along the city walls and exploring all the alleyways in our refreshingly sunny day there. I find that the city looks the best from above!
